Study on a dryer (Drying machine) and it's function

Theory:

A dryer is a machine that is used to remove moisture from the garments and it is one of the common machines in the washing plant. A dryer(Drying machine) contains two cylinders, one is the inner cylinder, and the other is the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is perforated and it rotated but the outer cylinder is fixed. With the help of a motor inner cylinder is rotated clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Working procedure:

1) At first, we load the garments according to their capacity.
2) Then off the door and set the time-temperature with the help of the control panel.
3) Then start the machine power with the help of a switch.
4) Required time should be maintained.

5) After finish, the required time drain out the extracted water from the use of the water outlet.
6) Unload the dried garments.

Machine parts and their function:

1) Door: The door is used to load and unload the garments.
2) Door lock: The door lock is used for safety during loading and unloading the garments.
3) Outer cylinder: It holds the inner cylinder.
4) Inner cylinder: Inner cylinder holds the garments and its triangular shape bar generates friction between garments and the machine.
5) Motor: Motor is used to produce motion into the machine to run the machine.
6) Blower: A blower is used to suck the air from the environment.
7) Lint lifter: It placed the bottom part of the machine and it stores dirt, dust.
8) Water outlet: The water outlet helps to out the water from the dryer.
9) Indicator lamp: The indicator lamp gives the signal when the required time is finished.
10) Control Board: It controls the machine, time, and temperature.
11) Heat exchanger and condenser: It gets heat from hot water and reserve this heat.
12) Shaft: The shaft is used to rotate the inner cylinder.

Working principle:

In the industrial dryer machine a largely perforated drum. Two-cylinder placed into the machine one is the outer cylinder and the other is the inner cylinder. The outer cylinder holds the garments and the inner cylinder holds the garments. There is an air intake in the machine which is used to supply cold air from the environment into the machine. This fan-run by the motor, another motor is set with the machine which is used to run the machine. There are a heat exchanger and condenser top side of the machine, which is used to get heat from the hot water and out this water as cool water by using a water outlet. The whole process of the machine is controlled by the control panel.
